The Milwaukee Chapter booth at the Wisconsin State Fair was a great success this year! We remodeled the booth and even though it came down to the wire, we were able to get enough volunteers to man the booth for the whole fair. As for myself, I had many good experiences this year. I spoke with A LOT of teens and adults and was able to share some really important facts and thoughts with the ones who were unsure of their "life" position. I had a couple of sad encounters also. One in particular was a young man whose girlfriend is seeking an abortion and he is lost as to how to stop it since he was told he has no rights to the unborn child. I gave him as much encouragement as I could and gave him some info on really great pregnancy centers to visit, my heart really broke for him, but he seemed a little happier after we talked.
